An international design competition for Cork explored new ways to rethink our relationship with rivers—moving beyond containment as a flood solution.
Working with a wider team, we developed ideas that look upstream, reconnecting the city to lost landscapes like The Gearagh to slow water naturally. The scheme restores habitats, improves access, and reframes the river as civic space. We’re pleased to be part of the exhibition organised by the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland.
