National Infrastructure Commission Award for Design

We’re thrilled that the Leeds footbridge we designed in collaboration with DP Squared has been recognised in this years British Construction Industry Awards.

The NIC awarded their inaugural prize to the bridge based on their four principles of Climate, People, Place & Value:

” The new footbridge over the River Aire is a new piece of infrastructure that connects two sides of the city within the Climate Innovation District. The project is an example of what is achievable through ambitious design, collaborative working and engaging wider stakeholders. The result is a stunning addition to Leeds’ riverfront and an exemplar of high-quality, sustainable placemaking in the region. “
